?Jamie made the sale of my first home extremely easy. She was the first realtor I met of the 4 I interviewed. She made me and my wife feel safe and secure by choosing her as our realtor. She sold our house even quicker than expected and made the whole process almost completely hands-off. Buyer reviewOur house purchase experience with Jamie Prejean was exceptional! Her abilities in handling and communicating all aspects of the search and eventual transaction are sincerely appreciated. She was easily accessible, although we were hours away, and always answered questions promptly. Her knowledge of the Bryan/College Station area was excellent, and her ability to determine possible options for our needs was most beneficial due to our distance. Every trip to view homes was well planned and done timely. Jamie did an outstanding job of dealing with the seller and negotiating on our behalf. We truly cannot say one negative thing in any of our dealings with Jamie. We were beyond pleased with her in every way and highly recommend her expertise for anyone's real estate needs.

Jamie was the 2nd realtor we spoke with and she gave us an evaluation of over $60k more than what the 1st realtor had given us. Our house was under contract in just 3 days. Seller reviewFrom the first time Jamie walked through our old house and until the time we closed on our current home Jamie has been a pleasure to deal with! She managed to get our old house under contract in less than 2 weeks and at price much higher than recently sold properties around us. She was also very patient and helpful as we drove over and hour one way to look at multiple homes. She even looked after our 7 month old while we running around! I cannot recommend her professionalism, knowledge and attitude enough!. 5 out of 5 stars for a job well done! Thank you Jamie!
