Buyer reviewJamie went above and beyond anticipated expectations. I knew he was knowledgeable and very capable to the job. But, Jamie did so much more than he was required to do. He made calls ( and texts) TO and FOR my banking institution and myself, in efforts to reach the sellers, and their realtor, and banking institution, of the property I was buying. At times, it was a real trial to get information and answers exchanged with the buyers and their agents. Jamie is a SUPERSTAR in our eyes. This was a "short sale". Jamie advised me that short sales actually, are usually long and drawn out. He was exactly correct. Jamie was in it for the long haul, and was tremendously dedicated to helping my family. Thank you for having such an agent that is definitely all about "service to the customer" As stated before, Jamie is an exceptional agent. He was on top of his game, while helping make the deal happen. Jamie was even willing to drive out of state to retrieve the necessary papers at closing, bring them back, and then drive another two hours to my banking location for me to sign. Jamie Russell IS "Customer Service". BEST EVER!!!
