Buyer reviewJamie Smith did a great job during my property purchase, this is my second purchase and will be using her to purchase another property for my sister, i will recommend her to other friends as well. Jamie is very knowledgeable of the area, explained to me the pros and cons of making an offer on the property but also communicated very well during the transaction which took longer than expected due to unforeseen issues with my loan, yet she stood behind and did a great job dealing with the seller and negotiating the purchase extensions. I will continue using Jamie for future property purchases.

Seller reviewJamie came in and helped with getting the house staged for the photo shoot. Gave us suggestions on how the house should be when people come thought. Set up a date for a open house witch we didn't have to do because the house sold within the FIRST 24 HOURS of it being listed. We have sold other proprietary in the past and tryed another agent with a different company and the house did not sale and then we called Jamie and she came in and we sold that house with in a week. She dose a excellent job of helping to get a house set to show and sale.I would recommend Jamie to all my friends and family.
