Seller reviewAs an investor I've had the opportunity to work with many realtors. Jamie's level of expertise was evident in many areas. First, her analysis of the property's value was spot on. Some realtors just skim the surface by looking at comps and pricing your property. Jamie did a deeper dive to consider all the factors that will affect the value. Secondly, she and her team's marketing efforts exceeded what i usually see. She always uses great photos (including aerials), and rather than just listing on the MLS and waiting for the phone to ring, they're aggressively marketing the properties via other channels. We received multiple offers and sold the property for more than I anticipated. Will call her again when we have properties to sell in this area!
