I have been a Real Estate Broker in Tennessee since 1995. I moved to our beautiful East Tennessee in 1980 and have loved it here ever since. I owned my own successful CENTURY 21 company for 20 years and then merged with CENTURY 21 Legacy in 2018. When I needed to sell my Mother and Dad's properties, I immediately contacted her, even though I had not seen for several years because I knew Jan, and knew she would be professional, and very current in her knowledge of the Real Estate industry in the area. Her Century 21 business in Maryville has been extremely successful for several years! Jan is very good with people, and can be humorous! She has many talents and one of them is managing a large staff who are always helpful and cheerful and dedicated! I highly recommend Jan Maness as a Real Estate Broker! We closed on one of my parent's properties last week!
