Seller reviewI would wholeheartedly recommend Jan Parsons as a realtor and a fine person. Jan helped us sell our home and land with in a mere 6 months. She was very accessible and knows the area and the selling tactics that work. Jan is a very ethical and sincere person, she demonstrates a Christian attitude and I was always confident that she had my best interests in mind. Despite some complicated situations Jan was never ruffled, she was able to communicate in such as way that we knew what to expect next and how that inspection or survey etc would be carried out. Jan was helpful right up to closing and has even checked to be sure we were ok following closing! Jan has become a fast friend who I feel I could call with a question even though I have moved away from Rolla. There is never a time when I felt anything but confident that she was doing her very best for me.
