Buyer reviewWe moved from MI and things were more difficult during the process than I thought. I thought I had everything under control and it wasn't the case. The best part about our move was dealing with Jan. She was professional, yet easy to talk to and she was very knowledgable and worked hard to meet our needs. We were glad to have had her.

Seller reviewJan was extremely patient with us. We must have asked her to show us every available house listed on a canal in Cape Coral. She was able to eliminate some of the homes because she knew the floor plan, (which couldn't be seen very well in the photos, ) was not one we liked. She also was very patient while my husband chatted with neighbors of the home we were looking at. She never seemed impatient or in a hurry. Jan Sayers helped us buy our home in Florida and we were very pleased with the search for the property, her knowledge of the market and the negotiations for the purchase. When it came to selling our home (13421 Millbank) in Illinois we asked Jan for advice. She checked realtors in the Plainfield area and called them to interview them, she then recommended two of them. We were impressed with both the realtors she had chosen. The realtors she chose were very knowledgeable about the area and the market and our home was sold.
