Buyer reviewJana was great she was very thorough. An issue arose in the last walk threw and she handled it very well. She got me what I needed and then some. Jana is honest and would point out issues with the houses that I did not notice. Jana was knowledgable about the area. Jana also knew about home and home related improvement costs, options, and potential issues. I would recommend Jana to anyone that needs a realtor.

Buyer reviewWe would recommend Jana Petano to anyone looking for an agent. She was there every step of the way from our first walk through to the closing. The property we purchased was a foreclosure. Jana told us they are not always as easy to purchase as you would think. She was correct. Although the process was long and frustrating at times, Jana helped us to be patient. Jana was always there to get answers to all our questions and was great at listening to me vent. Would we use Jana again? Yes we would.
