Personal Profile
As a native of the Inland Empire, I've had the privilege of raising my family and calling Redlands home for over 35 years. My husband and I enjoy golfing in Palm Springs, vacationing in Hawaii, and visiting our family in San Diego.
I'm deeply committed to my community, actively serving in leadership roles for two major annual events. I currently coordinate the Children's Fund Golf Classic, which provides vulnerable children with support, opportunity, and hope through community partnerships, as well as the Redlands Bowl Performing Arts Golf Classic, which champions local arts and culture and draws thousands in with their world-class performances. These experiences have helped me cultivate lasting relationships across the region, and I bring that same dedication, care, and connection to everything I do.
Inspired by my mother and daughter, I'm proud to continue the family tradition, creating three generations of Realtors. I bring passion, a strong work ethic, and an engaging personality to every transaction. Throughout my personal and professional journey, I've always prioritized building meaningful relationships and making a positive impact-and I'm excited to bring that same spirit to my real estate career.

Buyer reviewI had pretty much given up on buying a house and my friend kept saying Jane Nottingham was amazing and I wouldn't regret trying it one last time with her as my agent. I was hesitant to reach out, however, Jane was incredibly friendly and had a way of putting me at ease. I instantly felt like she was on my side and wanted to make sure I got the best house/fit for me. She is one of the most polite people I have met, very patient, takes time to understand your wants/needs, always on time and was there whenever I had a question. She was on top of everything. She was completely organized and I admired how ethical she was in her practice. I attempted to buy three houses before the pandemic and it was very stressful and unpleasant. I felt pushed towards houses that were clearly ones I did not want and was given the distinct impression I was a difficult client. Jane was the complete opposite. She made me feel like we were looking for a house that fit my needs, and not that I needed to buy the first house I saw or else all was lost. She always said things like, "If the house doesn't feel right, it's not the right one" and, "you'll know it when we find it."
