My priority is understanding the goals of my clients and helping achieve them. I am a lifelong resident of Genesee County and graduated from Carman High School and University of Michigan - Flint. My community involvement is varied and extensive because of my belief in contributing to making our communities great. I have spent several decades managing commercial and residential real estate including operations, financial management, and tenant relationships. I am organized and I value integrity, honesty, and hard work. I love meeting people and look forward to meeting and working with you.

Seller reviewWe were out of state during the sale and had just fired out previous agent who only charged a 3% commission but didn't communicate and appeared to only work through Zillow for advertising. We were very nervous. Janeen was great. She used Facebook, multiple other social sites, flyers around neighborhoods. She regularly checked on the house. Recommended repairs or touch-ups and sent us pictures. She also let us know if the completed work was satisfactory or not. She even went so far as setting out some flowers and a wreath over the door to make it more homey. Highly reccomend Janeen.
