Janet Cuslidge started her career in Real Estate in 1990 and co-founded Vintage Realty in 1993 in Historic Downtown Angels Camp. Janet's community focused mind set has help build her very successful business over the past 32 years and she continues to be a huge resource of Real Estate information for both her clients and community in general. Janet prides herself on professionalism mixed with a little TLC, which she believes everyone deserves when purchasing or selling. She is an excellent problem solver and developed constructive and creative solutions to issues that came up in the course of the sale. Seller reviewHave known broker and her husband since first moving into 260 Leaf Court 15 years prior. Met as a neighbor, friend and through various service organizations. Both very good people. Very thorough and helpful in ability to keep on point with a rapid track. A great person to work with in any situation. Both brokers worked well together to move the process forward at the appropriate speed. Set up a schedule to buy our new home in Santa Maria to close first and then close our sale shortly afterward to make this big transition as smooth as possible.
