Janet Cuslidge started her career in Real Estate in 1990 and co-founded Vintage Realty in 1993 in Historic Downtown Angels Camp. Janet's community focused mind set has help build her very successful business over the past 32 years and she continues to be a huge resource of Real Estate information for both her clients and community in general. Janet prides herself on professionalism mixed with a little TLC, which she believes everyone deserves when purchasing or selling. Seller reviewJanet Cuslidge was recommended by a friend and another realtor. I liked her no nonsense approach and confidence in setting an accurate asking price; one that made sense to me and buyers. This was no easy task because the property was unique and didn't have any other comps to use. Janet was able to close a deal, at a fair price, in a couple months and this was after the property had been sitting on the market with a different broker for over a year. If you're looking to sell in the area, I expect that Janet would do an excellent job for you.
