Seller reviewJanet's honesty and enthusiasm is superior to all. She work quickly, effectively, and never wastes time. She is THE BEST communicator, and is positively dedicated to her client. Janet is deeply knowledgeable on all facets of selling, confident, and does what she says. She makes the client feel cared for and valuable. She epitomizes the ultimate real estate professional, as she does NOT PLAY GAMES, as a recent El dorado county realtor award winner does! We experienced that woman's underhanded tricks. Janet was able to contact her broker easily for advice/ direction when needed. It was wonderful to see how her broker supported the transaction. Everyone was happy.
