Janet had helped our son and his wife purchase their condo several years ago, and had done a great job with them, so we felt confident that we could trust her to do an excellent job with the sale of this house. We had multiple offers on the first day our house in Whittier went on the market, so after reviewing all of them we chose what seemed to be the best offer. The buyers accepted and we opened escrow. Unfortunately they backed out after their inspection so Janet then went back to several of the other offers to see if they were still interested. We chose one to start over with, but they backed out within a few days, and the next one did the same. At this point we were beginning to become concerned about whether we would ever sell for the price we were hoping to get, but Janet assured us that we would sell for a price we'd be happy with, so she contacted another buyer who we had passed on originally, and they accepted. Their escrow proved to be very long and a bit confusing and hectic towards the end, but Janet was always on top of everything and made sure we were kept informed of what was transpiring. Despite all of the confusion, etc., she continued to reassure us this sale would happen, and it did, a bit later than we had planned on, but that wasn't Janet's fault. The buyers' broker wasn't the easiest to deal with, as well as not being as forthcoming in his "loan status updates" as he should have been. Never the less, Janet persevered and we sold for the price we wanted. She did a great job and was very patient when it came to listening to my venting about all of the issues regarding the buyers and their broker. We couldn't have asked for a better agent. She always had our best interests in mind when she made suggestions or recommendations. Janet was great. We couldn't have asked for a better agent, and would be happy to recommend her to anyone looking for a great, caring, hardworking agent to either buy or sell a property.

Janet helped me to buy the house successfully on seller's market. She's really knowledgeable about local community and market as well as a house. She's readily available including weekends and nights, and quick to respond with good solutions when I needed.
