Janet went above and beyond to ensure that we won this bidding war to purchase our home. Although we were not the highest bid, the sellers told us they researched our agent and the other agents we were up against and due to Janet's wonderful work ethic she was chosen as the agent that they wanted to work with. Janet was absolutely wonderful. She was patient and understanding. I must have seen at least 80 homes before finally securing a contract. Regardless, Janet stood by me and respected my wishes to see more homes. As a first time home buyer she was thorough and explained everything to me in terms I could understand.
