Buyer reviewJanet Paula made the shopping and purchasing processes relatively easy to handle for a first time home buyer. I wasn't fully prepared for nor knowledgeable on the whole Home Purchasing Process. Janet Paula helped me with every step. She explained the various steps needed to take care of the home purchasing. She always had a positive, warm, and embracing attitude even when I asked numerous questions about the purchasing process and about homes in general. Janet was always easy to reach regardless of the day of the week. Janet Paula also worked assertively and aggressively with the seller's realtor to make sure that I was satisfied with the purchase. This included items to get repaired and corrected. I would highly recommend Janet Paula.
