My wife and I dreamed of a vacation home on the beach for several years and attempted to purchase one a couple of years ago. Janet Roan is a go getter! After showing us several condos and seeing our likes and dislikes, she said she knew the perfect condo I would love. The condo wasn't even where we had been looking! I walked in the door and knew instantly that was the condo I wanted to buy! She helped us close the deal in less than a month! Janet Roan went above and beyond, the requirements of an agent. This was our daughters First home to buy, Janet walked her through the entire process, she took her under her wing,we had a few small problems with the property, Janet took the time to help our daughter navigate through this problem. We live in Texas and we're not able to be there the entire time.Janet kept us in the loop through those trying times. Between the two of them, she is the proud owner of her home.
