Seller reviewI interviewed two extraordinary agents (from different agencies) when deciding to sell my house. Both commissions were comparable. Janet, however, offered to help me prep my house (and it needed a lot of purging and cleaning). She coached me, gave me checklists to accomplish each day, communicated regularly and quickly. She was thorough and numbers oriented. My house sold within a few hours of listing. She hadn't set the FOR SALE sign in the ground yet because of snow and ice and my house was sold. We closed quickly without hassles. All expenses were disclosed in advance and there were no surprises. I am truly grateful for her passion, hard work, and expertise.

The quality of the service that Janet provided surpassed all of the others! She is genuinely interested in helping her customers find exactly what they are looking for. We had the impression that our satisfaction with her service and the property that we bought were her top priority. Lastly, we never felt that she was looking for a quick sale.

We lived out-of-state and it was difficult to find time to view properties as they came on the market but Janet was so accessible and always made her schedule work with ours so that we could make the most of our trips to Iowa.
