Seller reviewSince I had left the state before the house went on the market, Janette Olson had to be available for anything that came up--inspections, getting estimates for potential repairs, contacting individuals to perform work, etc. She kept in close touch with me, regarding all offers, and didn't attempt to push me in any direction--when I asked her opinion, she gave it and gave the reasons for it. She was easy to work with, extremely easy, considering that all our interactions took place over the phone or email. Karen Crosby was also extremely helpful. Because I was not in area, it was important that I be able to contact someone with questions. Either Janette or Karen was always available..

Seller reviewBESIDES BEING A FRIEND OF OUR DAUGHTER, SHE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH EXPLAINING THE PROCESS. THE TWO CONTRACTS WE WORKED WITH WERE BOTH OTHER REALATORS. I WOULD CONSIDER THEM "SNAKES" BUT JANNETT HELPED US THROUGH IT. WELL DONE

Seller reviewJanette Olsen understood our situation as we dealt with the death of my father-in-law and then the death of my mother-in-law as the sale was in progress. Her understanding and prompt responses helped enormously. Much of my interaction was online and I appreciated Janette Olsen's timely responses. She made sure that the title company had all the required information. Janette seemed very aware of the present Sun City West market. All the local contractors she recommended were understanding and efficient. Janette was always available when needed

Seller reviewVery personable & explained everything thoroughly when we first discussed the possibilities. I moved out of State and she went above and beyond to make sure property was in great viewing condition, even so far as moving a couch left behind for pick-up day. I so appreciated that! They did additional research on the title for me, as Chase Bank had another name, and they clarified that it was cleared with my previous purchase of the home. A lot of busy work and phone calls. Much appreciated Again, as I was out of State, she did an excellent job in keeping communication with me at all times. Her negotiations with the buying party really saved the deal and final sale. Her tenacity to follow through is outstanding.

Buyer reviewI met with Janette and we discussed my needs and wants. She completely understood and set out to make it happen. She was full of knowledge, answered my million-and-one questions and was overall amazing! Janette knew what I was looking for - and found it! Janette made what could have been a stressful experience into something fun! We joked and laughed, but when it was time to get down to business, she was all over it! Is it time to buy another house yet?? Not quite, but if and when the time comes, Janette will be my first call!
