Seller reviewJanice did an outstanding job getting my property sold. There were several unexpected life events that occurred as soon as the property was listed on the market. Then shortly after the property was under contract a lot of uncommon circumstances with the buyers and their agent started to happen thus causing unnecessary frustrations. However, despite all the craziness Janice got the job done! She remained professional and committed to accomplishing what she set out to do for the Seller. Janice is very knowledgeable in many aspects of real estate and shares her input and suggestions with her clients. Janice can make one of the hardest decisions or situations so much easier to deal with whether she is representing the Buyer or Seller because she listens , communicates effectively and cares about her clients wishes making that her goal. I will absolutely use her again if I have future real estate needs and I will highly recommend her to others looking to Buy or Sell.
