Originally listed with relative/agent. After no activity, listed with Janice. Noted Two sales on Gannet Ct. by her, and she was recommended by a neighbor. Janice helped in staging our home, and increased activity in showings. I don't think, things could have gone any better. Happy with service. Janice Martin made the selling of our home, as painless as possible.

I had the privilege of being able to work with Jan on my recent home purchase. I can honestly say we would not be in our house right now had it not been for all the work and follow up she did in nearly every process of this sale. She was able to stay on top of everything to keep the timeline going ( this extra critical due to the holidays) . She also had what seemed to be a team of people and references who were all top notch and consistent or more affordable than other choices (montage broker, home insurance , inspector , etc) . If you are a first time home buyer she is the best choice I have seen. Other realtors I tried to deal with were hard enough to get on the phone let alone in person. Jan In comparison was checking in on us and making sure nothing was needed on her end. She was doing everything to help us get into this home. The best part of all I never felt pressured. She did a tremendous job and am I truly happy I am in my forever home thanks to Jan!

This was my first time ever buying a home so i didn't know what to expect. My first realtor was horrible and had me do all the work that she was getting paid to do. When Janice became part of my team, I literally could feel the stress being lifted off my shoulders. I didn't even have to lift a finger. Jan was awesome. she is the soul reason we went with century 21 She is on top of her game. Century 21 is extremely lucky to have her on their team.
