More than just a realtor, she became a friend. Very good at immediately recognizing my likes and dislikes. Knowledgeable, helpful, and resourceful. Very good at keeping things on track. It was more about just selling a house. She genuinely had my best interest in mind. I felt like she really cared about making sure I got what I wanted.

We met Janice when we went through an internet real estate company to see a house. She responded immediately to our request to see this house, the house we eventually bought. Janice made the buying experience easier and less of a burden through her professionalism, experience and her list of helpful contacts. Any questions or concerns about offers, timelines, visits were immediately answered. Any questions or concerns about aspects of the house that might need fixing or updating were answered, or she knew someone who would be a good person to ask. Janice was an excellent mediator between us and the sellers. She was able to voice our concerns in a constructive way so that they could be rectified. Although we were never privy to the discourse, we always felt the discussions back and forth were on a respectful level - never letting the emotions of money, property and ownership play a part in the conversations. Janice was especially helpful as the time of closing neared. Her knowledge of the process was so valuable, as she was able to make sure we communicated with the lawyers, mortgage underwriters and processors so that those confusing and complicated timelines were met. At the end, she was able to recommend different contractors she has gotten to know over the years. When we closed, we had several different options for the various projects we needed to complete to move in, not to mention a successfully purchased house with a successfully completed mortgage. We were lucky to find Janice. Throughout the process of buying this house (not to mention the fact she also sold our house, so that we could buy), Janice had to wear many hats - realtor, contractor, counselor, cheerleader, psychologist, friend, mediator. But, she was great at each and we realized we were blessed to have found her.
