Our friends' experience initially led us to Jan when purchasing our first home. We were more than thankful that she was able to assist us with our second home as well. We cannot speak more highly of her and would not have chosen another. Jan has made the experience of selling our current home and purchasing our second home as seamless as possible. Her knowledge of the area/communities and guidance in the processes (Contracts and closing, negotiations, deposit money/ escrow & inspections) has made this experience extremely positive and smooth. She has also gone above and beyond to overcome any obstacles that have arose and has been on top of the process every step of the way while keeping us in the loop and offering superb feedback. We cannot speak more highly of Jan. If we could "rate" any higher, she would absolutely met that mark. As mentioned previously, selling and purchasing can be an extremely stressful experience. But with Jan, this experience has been as stress free as possible. She has the ability to make you feel like family and put you at ease. She is always, ALWAYS all of the above(Polite, kind, trustworthy, polite, friendly, professional, communicates extremely well, etc.) Our experience has been EXCELLENT. We could not be more grateful that Jan has been with us every step of the way. Her overall knowledge, experience/expertise and demeanor has been more than exceptional! We couldn't imagine going through this process, nor would want to go through this process with anyone else. THANK YOU JAN! You are an absolute blessing to our family.

I have known Jan for a long time. We purchased our first home thru her 20 years ago and was wonderful. When we decided to downsize, Jan and Roger were the only realtors that we considered since we had a great experience 20 years ago. We ran into a few hiccups along the way and was handled very professionally. I would highly recommend Jan and Roger Reis in a heartbeat!!

The house being sold was my parents house (and our family home since my brother and I were born). We lost our Mom in August 2016 and our Dad in September 2017. Selling our family home was an emotional time for us. Roger and Jan were very understanding and patient. Neither my brother or I had sold a house, and Jan did a great job guiding us through the process. I really appreciated both Roger and Jan's concern and thoughtfulness.

Jan Sobieski-Reis was one of the first people I met when I moved to Lehigh Valley in 2000. We both were members of the same club and became good friends. When I decided to purchase a home rather than continue renting, I asked Jan for her help. She was extremely helpful then in helping me locate my home. Even though we lost touch for about ten years, Jan was the realtor I wanted to sell my home when I decided to move to Phoenix. It has always been clear to me that Jan puts her clients first and strives to meet their needs. Jan's people skills are simply exceptional! My house was listed on a Thursday then viewed on Friday by a party who made an offer on Saturday. We agreed to terms on Monday. After looking at comparative sales and based on the fact that our agreed on price was within $1,000 of the appraised price, I feel we maximized our selling price. Jan went far above and beyond the call of duty during my sale and move. During the last 2 weeks before my move alone, (after my house had been sold and we were waiting for closing), I had several major atypical distractions that took up time that I didn't have. I ended up needing to arrange for a moving van I thought I had lined up 2 days before I needed it to pick up things. Jan helped me with this and when it became clear that I was more than overwhelmed with what I had left to do, pitched in to help me pack up! Not only did she help, but also Roger Reis, Jan's partner and husband, came over and helped as well!! I should add that Roger barely knew me from Adam! The moving van was scheduled for a Saturday morning. Jan came over Friday afternoon and brought Roger back with her Friday night. She also helped me line up a junk dealer to pick up the left overs after the moving van left. Then, she and Roger came back late Saturday afternoon to help me box up what I couldn't get done for the movers and helped me load my car. Oh, by the way, Jan brought her vacuum and cleaned all of the carpeting while Roger and I were boxing up the last things and loading the car. On a scale of 1 to 10, I have to give both Jan and Roger about a 15!! My only regret is that I have been so slow getting this review done. I wanted to make sure I gave it the time that Jan and Roger deserved and I have been very busy setting up my new home. I highly recommend both Jan an Roger to anyone looking for a realtor. They both put their client first and have excellent people skills as well as the other skills and knowledge necessary to help their client sell or buy a new home.

I was extremely pleased with the entire sales process from the first phone call through the closing. Janice Sobieski-Reis was always available, answered all questions, and was very professional with a good attitude. She made the experience very pleasant and rewarding.
