He went above and beyond to help us every step of they way. He even made stayed on top of the bank and attorney to make sure all was ready for closing. This is my 4th house to buy and I have never had such a seamless and easy purchase, I could not have asked for better service. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a home!

Buyer reviewAs I have refereed to earlier in this survey Jared Fleming seemed to really go the extra mile in helping us purchase this property. Since the property we purchased was not close tour home, or his, most of our visits there were on weekends and he never acted put out to have to make a trip up there to show us this property, or any of the other properties we looked at. I would highly recommend Jared Fleming to any one looking to purchase a home or property.

Seller reviewOnly issues we ran into during closing was due to the buyers but Jared called just about everyone and did their jobs for them to get the deal done for me. I appreciate him taking on that tasks because of my need to sell quickly. Great guy to work with. Not too pushy and knows the market pretty well. Day or night he would be sending me info on properties and responded to any and all questions I had almost immediately. Sometimes even after 10pm.
