He is very professional and helping nature and made various suggestions during our house search and made right suggestions at right moments. Very easy going and friendly nature person and immediately attached to him like a family member. Also, he never ignored or non responsive for our phone calls and always paid attention to your calls and our needs. Jay has excellent knowledge about the community and current market trend and the offers he placed was upto the mark and got good responses. Really liked the knowledge he got. Very well satisfied. Jay is one of the best Realtor Broker we ever worked with so far and we always liked to reach him for our future purchases and recommended to few of our friends as well.
