I met Jason Collins when he came to review his new listing, the condo I was renting. Knowing that rental properties were scarce, I decided that I would buy the property. Jason negotiated a fair deal, making the purchase process painless. When I decided to sell an inherited out-of-state commercial property, the Philly Realtor suggested a 1031 exchange, requiring that I buy a replacement property with the proceeds from the sale that are held by an intermediary. I am grateful for his professionalism, knowledge, integrity and friendship that formed as a result of Jason's consistently supportive role during an emotionally fraught 1031 exchange.
