Also, the ability to provide personal experience in a manner that is not judgmental or boastful. Not aggressive - Huge. Andrea Hatton exhibited all those qualities. Andrea is very personable and connecting with her was easy because she does not have any airs about her. She uses common language to explain the process and not the realtor "lingo" which I know she is fluent with. Andrea is an Excellent realtor/broker because she gives you her undivided attention and responds in a timely manner.
