Seller reviewWe have depended on Jason Collins for our last 3 purchases. Jason has always been very attentive yet patient in our pursuit. He has understood our long-term objectives and acted as an advocate helping us find properties which he knows we would have interest. Indeed he was instrumental in steering us into our best property, which I though was over our budget, but Jason had learned had just had a major price cut. Glad he has stuck with us, as we are likely slower on the purchasing cycle than most buyers. Your customers would be hard pressed to find a better agent than Jason! On the sales side, Jason was very accommodating of including me in sales discussions, since I too am in sales. This request has fallen on "dead ears" with past agents, but Jason was intuitive to understand my inclusion and was very helpful in seeing this sale through. The buyers had much on their plate personally and without Jason's hand-holding the deal could have fallen through. Jason goes the extra mile. His ethics are above reproach and he is professional yet familial with his clients. He pulls you in and puts you first.
