Jason meet us at a house we had recently looked at on trulia. He then lead us through it but it was not what we were looking for at all. He then suggested a place he knew not to far from Iowa state campus which was quite ideal! The location was great and when we walked through the house we couldn't have loved it more!! Jason took what we were looking for and applied it, leading us to a house we absolutely feel in love with which I then purchased. He didn't waste anytime helping me do so! Calling me to make sure I got what was need to be signed signed and showing up to the inspection and walk through and the closing which was so nice and greatly appreciated!! I would recommend Jason because of how well he handled discussing prices with owner and communicating to us what was going on in truthful and kind way. He is a great guy and does his job very well!! He was also very helpful in referring people to help us with renovations! 10/10 recommend him!!

I could not have asked for a better agent to handle the purchase of our new home. Jason was proactive, informative, and was very helpful in all phases of our purchase, always available for repeated inspections of the house, and provided excellent local advice which was valuable to me as an out of state buyer. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason to anyone, and would definitely use his services again.

He was very accommodating and approachable. I would recommend him as your next realtor anytime! I couldn't expect him to have knowledge of the community I had chosen. But he was always willing to go to the extremes to make sure I got my dream home.

I don't usually mark "Excellent" on every point during a survey, but Jason really did a great job. He took the time to show us multiple houses, and I love the one we found. Additionally, he was a professional but not to the point of making my husband and I feel like we didn't know anything, or that he was unfriendly. I think real estate is a really good career for him, personality-wise.

Jason did an awesome job, advised us on timing, market and what we need to do to get it on the market. And as the house was pending Jason kept us informed. Jason was very pleasant and he knows what he is doing. Great job.
