I knew that I could entrust both Jason and Megan to have my best interest at heart and share their honest opinions with me. Jason's negotiating skills were really helpful when navigating writing offers in this market and Megan was always willing to find answers for me at the drop of a hat. Megan worked hard at finding me houses that met my criteria and we were able to see multiple in a day. Once, we found the perfect house, Megan and her team were knowledgeable in making an offer that was appealing. The process went smoothly and with previous experiences this was not the case. I was stress free through the whole process because the communication and support from the team was on point and I knew exactly what the next step was and what I needed to do.
