Jason put me at ease the first time that I met him with his slow smile and dry sense of humor. He was able to figure out my personality quickly and adjust his to meet my own. Jason has a lovely wife whom I hit it off with immediately and enjoyed her company immensely. Jason did not fill you with a line of bull and seem to speak honestly about all the property's. I like that. And no pressure. We drove round one weekend looking at many houses and Jason and I started bantering back and fourth like brother and sister. He made my husband and both feel very secure in making the right decision. I will recommend Jason a hundred times over to anyone I know because I'm sure he'll get the job done. Just keep being yourself Jason.

Jason is a very friendly, down to earth person, who is able to relate to the people he is helping find a home. He gets to know you as a person and is able to use this to assist you in finding the right type of home for your needs. He stayed with us and worked through every obstacle that came up. We had more than our share of problems due to the sellers inexperience. Jason actually did several things for them just to keep the ball rolling. I wouldn't use any other realtor if I was looking for another property in this area.

If you want a knowledgeable ( in all areas) agent that allows you the time without pressure to decide on your new home, then Jason is the person! His patience is unmatched and he answered the phone at all hours ! Plus, you won't find a great sense of humor anywhere! Perfect during a stressful event! Jason did a great job in not only getting this sale completed but helping with all aspects of the acquisition and has still offered to help in any way needed in the future.
