We loved having Jason Snell as our real estate agent! This was our first home buying experience and we wouldn't have chosen anyone else to help us, Jason is very knowledgeable in different types of homes and what to look for and what to stay away from. We were always on the same page and he was thoroughly going over our questions and concerns with us! Jason was very personable and approachable and professional! He did an exceptional job with helping us close on our home and putting together a letter for the sellers. We talked with a few other agents and he stood out to us because he wanted to meet up with us in person and went over some of our needs and wants. We will always recommend Jason to anyone that we know that is looking for a home because he was extremely helpful in many ways!

Jason was exceptional throughout the whole process of buying a home. We were first time home buyers and didn't know much about the steps involved. He was patient and never condescending even when we asked simple questions that we probably should have known the answer to. His integrity was quickly apparent and we considered him a trustworthy guide. We never felt pressured or that we were wasting his time looking at potential houses. When we found our dream home, we were able to beat several others with the offer we made because of Jason's care and personalized approach. We would recommend him to friends and family and use his services again in a heartbeat.

Jason was absolutely incredible. We would hear over and over of how agents are vampires and will suck all of your money and that we shouldn't at all get an agent. Well that was the complete opposite from our experience with Jason. He was real, understanding, knowledgeable, patience, approachable, and listened to our needs. He made the process flow so easily and with out stress or worry. We would recommend him to everyone and anyone that we know is buying or selling a house.

Jason was our choice from the start. I've had a long standing relationship with him and knew that he is both reliable and well respected in the real estate marketplace. We didn't consider any other options due to our knowledge of Jason and our trust in him. Our home sold much quicker than we expected, and at a much higher price. Jason navigated all of the nuances of contracting, negotiating, and closing. The greatest compliment that I can give him is that my wife and I did almost nothing but follow Jason's direction and it led to us being extremely happy with the home sales process. Jason followed through on his promise to "do what he says he'll do". As result, he made the process of selling our home easy, profitable, and enjoyable. I'd recommend him to any prospective home buyer/seller that is looking to jump into the market.

Jason is excellent. He was attentive to our needs and patient with all of our questions. Jason was a brother of a good friend, but I wouldn't have gone with him just for that reason. From my initial interactions I believe he established a high level of trust that he would look out for our interests first and foremost regardless of how it affected him. Jason was also instrumental in getting us the best deal in our negotiations. Thereafter, he struck the right balance of keeping us updated on the process and paperwork while not bombarding us with the trivial stuff. I'd recommend Jason to all family and friends.
