I've known Jason personally for a long time but never needed his professional services before now. We used him to both sell our house and to buy a new one and he absolutely knocked it out of the park in both situations! He is so knowledgeable about the real estate market and knew exactly what to tell us to get our house listed quickly and sold in less than a day for more than we thought we would. Jason very proactively reached out to me after I had "expressed interest" in another house from the Realtor.com app. I asked a question about that property, but out of that conversation Jason and I started talking about him being our realtor. I was very clear with him up front about what I wanted and that I was looking for and willing to wait for something that "checked all my boxes." Jason did a great job assuring me he would be patient with me in the process, but aggressive in finding new properties. He REALLY came through! I can't believe the house we got! It's perfect! Jason has a great personality that perfectly balanced the professionalism I would expect in such a large business deal, and the personal connection that is warranted in choosing a home for my family. He had great emotional intelligence to exhibit the business side when it came to discussions around the deal. And he did a great job doing his part to make each house feel like it could be home. We will miss hanging out and bouncing ideas off of him! Jason managed the process so well. Every house he had already prepared detailed information for us, including permits and renovations that had been completed. He would arrive early and have lights on already. He would also take a quick run through the house to scope it out. Jason was also VERY helpful in the way he would check mechanicals and basic structural things. He was really helpful in helping us see potential issues in a house and giving us more information about the implications of fixing those issues. That was so helpful as we wanted a house we could do "some" work on, but were not trying to get ourselves into a full remodel
