Buyer reviewJason was amazing, he sent us new listings daily that fit our wish list as soon as they popped up. He was very flexible with his availability to take us to see the homes as well. He was very knowledgeable about each area, schools, shopping , taxes ext. Jason listened to our needs and what was important to us in our forever home. He found us the perfect house and the perfect location. Jason gave us the best advice when it came to the offer and when there was multiple offers he suggested different negotiation ideas. I would recommend Jason 100/10 to any of our family or friends! Really could not thank him enough for all he did for us.

Seller reviewWe called Jason Taylor to list our house, as we were previously very satisfied with his services A water pipe broke in the house before closing causing major damage that we had repaired. Jason was helpful all throughout the repair process, offering us guidance and communications with all the parties involved from start to finish. He helped us keep the original buyers through months of repair work, and all the administrative work that went with it. He guided us all the way through the processes we needed to do from the beginning of the sale through of the last steps of closing in such an unusual situation. Always empathetic and easy to deal with. Prompt answers and understands what needs to be done. Also, very professional and energetic. We will definitely call him again,and would recommend to anybody.

He always has reliable recommendations when work needs done. From contractors, to chimny sweeps, plumbers to electricians Jason knows who to trust to get the job done! Jason was knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entire process of searching, touring, writing, negotiating and closing. He answered all of our questions and concerns with wisdom and kindness and never made us feel silly for asking any question. When working with another organization one individual asked who our realtor was and replied "he's the best" when we reported that our realtor was Jason Taylor. And we agree, "he's the best!" We would absolutely recommend him!

Seller reviewJason was able to help us navigate a very active home selling market including a sales action plan that was tailored to our needs as we were building new and needed time to maneuver. He was accessible and realistic with not only managing the process but managing our expectations of how selling a home in this climate would work. Jason also provided a plan for pre-open house and how to manage offers that were competing with different structures. Ultimately we were able to accept an offer meeting our needs and exceeding our expectations with Jason's help and support within days of listing. Jason's multimedia approach with the video/drone photography made such an impact for potential buyers. In our own home search we didn't find anyone using the same emphasis on thoroughly touring the home before even arriving onsite. Jason is assisting in our new build and I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell.
