Jay Bonnoitt has been in the real estate business his entire life. Seriously! Jay sold his first oceanfront condominium when he was seven years old. His mother was a well-known local on-site sales agent, and Jay would sit with her in the sales model after school. One day, she was out showing property when another customer came into the office. Jay told them all about the property, and guess what - they bought it!
