Jay is the best. I believe this is our fourth transaction. He doesn't forget about you after the sale. He follows through with any help you may need. I wouldn't consider using any other agent. He is kind and easy to like. I consider him a friend. Jay and I discussed different buying options for me. His local knowledge of the area and his attention to detail takes the stress off of the transaction because I know I can depend on him . He truly wants what is best for his customers.
