His mother was a well-known local on-site sales agent, and Jay would sit with her in the sales model after school. One day, she was out showing property when another customer came into the office. Seller reviewI met Jay at an open house and I knew he would be the right fit for selling our house! As soon as I called him he remembered who I was from months prior. Jay was able to come out quickly and value our home. He is very knowledgeable with the current market and the market commons area. Both were necessities for getting our home listed and receiving the highest value. He sent a professional photographer in the same week as we signed our contract with him. Within hours of listing our house we had multiple full price offers. The whole process was seem less, quick and easy! I would highly recommend using Jay!

Buyer reviewMy husband and I had been looking into buying a mobile home and we had been very stressed throughout the process. We then switched over the looking for a house and we found some we wanted to look at and hired a realtor. The first realtor that we hired was nice but he couldn't remember what we told him and he attempted to change the meeting time the first time we were to get together and see the house despite telling us that it was important to go see it soon as it wouldn't stay on the market. We kindly told that realtor that we thought he was nice but that we didn't think we were his priority. Later a co-worker told me to call Jay Bonnoitt and how awesome he was, so I did, and I never regretted it after. Jay is amazing. The very day we first talked to him, he cleared his schedule and made time to go show us the house and within a very short time, he has us under contract and on our way to owning our first home. He always answered his phone or called us right back and he was always cheerful and understanding. He made the entire process bearable and we would highly recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a home. Thank you so much Jay and to say you rock would be an understatement.
