Why Jay stood out: 1. At the beginning of the engagement with my four siblings and me, he brought calm and knowledge to what could have been a complicated situation. (We sold her home from her estate. None of us live in Myrtle Beach, so he would get on Zoom calls with us to discuss questions we had and continuously let us know that he was available for us at any time - and we knew that.) 2. He displayed care towards our home. The home was in my mom's estate - it needed some work - but Jay identified many areas of value and made sure to highlight those in the sale. I live out of town so Jay would frequently check on the home to make sure everything looked great, and he even offered to be available if we needed workers to come by for anything. 3. His communication style and availability is excellent. I always felt that I could contact Jay at any time with any questions and he was always available. 4. He was very clear about the steps in the process, was very clear with the offers - got on a Zoom call with my siblings and me to talk through the offers. 5. He went out of his way to assist with the closing, including bringing the documents to the lawyer's office since I was out of town. 6. He sincerely loves Myrtle Beach and that is someone I want selling my house in that market. He is not salesman-y at all. He is genuine and also extremely knowledgeable about real estate and the MB market.

Timely and clear communication are critically important, especially in today's market. Jay is unparalleled in this regard. Because we were shopping from 2.5 hours away, Jay even videoed the house we wound-up purchasing and sending that to us. I would definitely recommend Jay to anyone.
