Buyer reviewJay Whistler was by far easier to work with than I thought anyone would be. He is on top of his game. Having the ability to complete a CMA would be valuable to any buyer or seller. Jay's services are typically something that comes with a premium. He is very knowledgeable about local realty and laws and has many contacts at his disposal to find out what a respective expert suggests should an issue arise that he hasn't dealt with before. After working with Jay and having my own personal experience with other realtors and my knowledge from a previous job with property laws, I can honestly say that Jay has it together and you're not likely to find a better realtor. Tricky facets of my home buying experience were no problem for Jay and he quickly got what I needed to move forward. If there was a rating system, I'd rate Jay Whistler as a 10 out of 10.
