Seller reviewBeing new to the area I called several different Realtors and local real estate Brokers to sell an investment property in Alma Mi. Most did not answer or even return my call. Jason Sumerix returned my call in less then 5 minutes! I met with Jason and several other local realtors and Brokers to determine who to use to sell this house. It amazed me that the competition Broker showed up, no presentation no paperwork, no input no help at all. They advised they would contact me to give a price and get me the info.
