Buyer reviewJayson Sumerix is an extremely accessible agent; he would answer communications, whether text, e-mail or phone calls, very quickly. If he didn't know the answer to a question, he researched the answer and quickly communicated it to us. He was very patient, showing us MANY properties. He both suggested properties and was willing to show us properties that we found on online real estate sites. He helped us navigate a changing market. Jayson handled our many questions and negotiations with patience. In the end, he had a seller and buyer very concerned with accuracy/details, which must have been stressful. However, he patiently assisted in our detailed negotiation process. I have already recommended Jayson to others and will continue to do so. EXCELLENT JOB, JAYSON! We love our home.
