Seller reviewWhen we were ready to sell, Jayson Sumerix was the ONLY agent we contacted, because we already knew him to be honest, straight forward, transparent, hard working, and we knew that he knew what he was doing. We got a good price for our home, and we had it under contract quickly. The entire process was very easy and a pleasant experience. Whenever any hurdles arose from the buyer's end Jason was quick to respond and communicate and resolve those items for us. We would recommend Jason and his services to ANYONE, PERIOD.

He has a great sense of humor as well so we had a lot of fun working with him. When he could not show us a house, he asked one of his associates to show us instead. She was good too. I would highly recommend Jayson as a realtor and I did to some friends. If ever we decide to move again, we would use Jayson.
