Buyer reviewWe were lucky enough to have Jean Milligan as our broker 7 years ago when we purchased our first house in a seller's market similar to today's market. She was able to find us a house then, so it was without question that we chose her for this purchase. Jean is very friendly, professional and timely in all of her communications with us. Her knowledge of the region is outstanding and was crucial in helping us with our purchase. Selling and buying a home is certainly stressful, but Jean was able to ease that stress and provided us with an extremely positive experience. I would absolutely recommend Jean to anyone looking to sell or buy in this area.

At the time it was a very competitive environment for buyers and we managed to purchase the property with below it's appraised value. That said, there was no doubt that we would use Jean as our agent again when we sold our house and purchased another. Jean is a veteran of Redlands and knows the neighborhoods inside and out. She came out 1 year before we put our house up for sale and coached us on what we should do the house to make it more presentable. Everything she suggested absolutely paid off as we had multiple offers within a day of being on the market. Jean respected our time and schedules and was always very clear in communication. She is prompt with an answer any time we had a question and we never felt like we were in the dark as to the process of selling our home. She is a fantastic agent and a fantastic human. She was an absolute pleasure to work with.
