Jean Sehic was a friend of a friend. Jean went over and above in providing a statement of value report , and in graciously answering real estate questions years before I was ever her client. Jean was excellent in negotiations with all parties involved: other realtors, escrow co., loan officers, contractors. No detail was overlooked in the voluminous paperwork and filings, and she instilled confidence because of her extensive knowledge and experience. Jean never made me feel like I was wasting her time as I was reviewing and attempting to understand all the documents involved in the transaction. She was open to any and all questions and she was very patient.
