Seller reviewJeanette Davis at Century 21 Everest Realty Group went WAY above my expectations in the sale of our rental property. She knew that a particular buyer/investor was needed so that I didn't have to break the rental agreement with our tenant. Her knowledge of the market and experience really shined in my experience with her. She marketed in such a way and helped us price to what would be a win-win for everyone. Jeanette communicated often to let me know what was happening every step of the way. She did a fantastic job looking out for my interests as a seller. I came away with what I had hoped for and she accommodated everything around my schedule and availability. It was a pleasure working with Jeanette and I would HIGHLY recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home!

She was by far our best relator experience Jeanette was quick, professional, and knowledgeable. She was able to offer sound advice for what to do before listing our home. That alone saved us thousands of dollars. She set our expectations appropriately and she exceeded them. We got more than originally expected on the sale of our home, we did it quicker than anticipated, and it was SMOOTHER than anticipated. We will recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Buyer reviewJeanette was so patient with us, she took the time to focus on our family and we could really feel how much she cared about us. There were times we called her late into the evening and she still made time for us. She always took the initiative to break things down for us so we understood each and every step in the proccess. We felt like we would never find our home but Jeanette didn't stop trying and worked very quickly to negotiate our home which had another offer on it but she got it for us! We always received emails pertaining to the purchase of our home in a timely manner. Buying a home, especially for the first time, can be scary. Jeanette took care of us and we had a smooth and easy home buying experience!
