Personal Profile
I grew up outside Chicago, IL and have lived in Southwest Missouri for the last 12 years. I graduated from MSU with a Bachelor's in Hospitality & Restaurant Administration. As the Area Recruiting Director with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, I staffed a site which sold $100+ million dollars annually. In 2009, I founded the Killuminati Foundation - a 501c3 non-profit providing vet assistance to families/dogs in need. Many think of me as Killuminati's "dog lady" - now you'll know me as "the house lady!"
On a personal note, I grew up outside Chicago and have lived in the Springfield area since 1999. I graduated from Missouri State University (aka SMSU). My first "real job" was the Area Recruiting Director with Wyndham Vacation Resorts, where I staffed a site selling $100+ million annually. In 2008, I founded the Killuminati Foundation - a 501c3 non-profit providing vet help to families/dogs throughout Missouri. Now the important stuff haha….my 2 amazing pups - Sicily is my Pitbull mix who has no sense of personal space. :) JaydaBug (pictured with me above) is my Shepherd/Sharpei who charms everyone. I'm also die hard Chicago Bears fan!! (My first dog, Payton who passed away from Cancer was named for Walter Payton. I also lost a german shepherd named Halas in 2018.)

Buyer reviewWhen we found out we were relocating to Springfield MO for retirement, we were thrilled! And then terrified by real estate horror stories: bidding wars, prices skyrocketing, and properties selling for way above asking price. How could we possibly figure this out, as non-local first-time homebuyers? Jeanna and Century 21 realtor were our first step–we loved their neighborhood guides so much that we looked into the agency and found a wealth of positive reviews. Jeanna answered the phone right away. Jeanna was always available to us, day and night (and was so quick to get documents to us during negotiation!) I was out of town during our first visit, but Jeanna arranged for my partner Albert to show him around–She was wonderfully kind and helpful. Jeanna met with us on follow-up phone meetings and was always in touch while we were looking at properties. Jeanna was happy to check them out for us and send us all the info, and was so helpful with home inspection recommendations and inspectors for the property. It was a crazy ride, but we were able to buy our beautiful home in our price range and even in the neighborhood we loved the best! We definitely could not have done this without Jeanna.! She really took care of us well during the negotiation, closing, and even after closing. We hope that we will be in this home for many years to come, but when it is time to move again, we will definitely call Jeanna! We recommend her so very highly.

Buyer reviewI was lucky enough for Zillow to put me in contact with Jeanna over 3 years ago when I bought my first house, and swore then I would never use anyone else other than her. She knows how to make you feel comfortable whether it's your first time or 30th time buying a house. This was the first time my husband had bought a house and she did a great job of explaining everything along the way. Even after the sales process was done she did a great job of helping us answer questions. The availability this girl has is amazing. I'm still trying to figure out when she has time to sleep. She always makes you feel like your her only client (When obviously she isn't).
