Seller reviewI looked for reviews that showed a high degree of integrity. Having just lost my mother, I was selling her home from out of state and needed someone that I could trust. The information on Jeanne Martin's web pages were strong, but the personal words of others who worked with Jeanne influenced me. I called to interview her and her personality came right through. I was sure I'd found the person I could work with... and indeed it was great to work with Jeanne and her assistant. Jeanne knew the market well, understood and kindly explained to me the various options for pricing. She gave me pros and cons of increasing my asking price or keeping it at a strong but realistic price. She was quick with getting the house on the market and took beautiful pictures. The timing of the listing was at the beginning of the season and we received 2 offers the first weekend. She helped me consider each offer and design counter offers. I was out of state during all of the transactions and Jeanne and her assistant made it easy to complete all the paperwork in small chunks online. We ran into an unknown repair issue that caused a delay and Jeanne kept me and the prospective buyers continually updated during the delay. All in all, the process went quickly and smoothly.
