I have been an agent since 1987 and have worked in resale, new construction and office management. I enjoy what I do, and whether working with buyers or sellers, the clients get my personal attention. There is very little that can be more exciting than helping people achieve their dreams. I also have been involved in organized real estate for many years. What it does for my clients, is keep me enthused and informed about today's issues and market trends, which will translate to a better all around agent.

Other agents seemed interested in the west side of Bakersfield and more expensive properties. I saw Jeanne's for sale sign on a house similar to my mothers one block away and called her. She was excellent in every way in handling my sale. Michael Belluomini The sale of this 1933 house from the estate of my brother had many complications which Jeanne worked with well. It had extensive termite damage necessitating the replacement of the bathroom floor, it had electrical issues, security from burglars issues, and roof leaks etc. I live two and a half hours away so Jeanne handled recruiting renovation contractors and was a tremendous help in getting the property ready for sale.
