Jeannie Nguyen moved to the United States from Vietnam as a young child and is a lifelong resident of Montgomery County, Maryland. The youngest of twelve children, Jeannie was raised in a hard-working and resourceful family. Being the youngest child, Jeannie's parents and older siblings provided a familial and community-based support system emphasizing the importance of hard-work, personal responsibility, shared success and interpersonal relationships. This dynamic, yet structured, environment has molded Jeannie's approach to life, both business and personal.Jeannie graduated from the University of Maryland College Park with a Bachelor of Science degree in the Life Sciences. Following graduation, Jeannie started her career in the biomedical industry and developed her sales expertise as a professional Pharmaceutical Sales Representative with Merck Pharmaceuticals. Jeannie then transitioned her sales and marketing skills into the family business: Title and Settlement Company; Mortgage Loan Brokerage; and Real Estate Sales. She's part therapist and part no-nonsense this is how things are done, and had the knowledge and expertise to alleviate my fears as a first time seller. I can't believe we got list price for my house, and her staging and strategy for accepting offers made all the difference. She negotiated with the bidders, the eventual buyer, and even the appraiser to make sure it all worked out. I cleared more than I ever thought possible from the sale of my house. Again, I was a first time seller and had no clue what the process was, but I trusted Jeannie and she explained each step, and in the end, the house had a buyer within a week with terms that I was ecstatic about. Her ability to match buyers and sellers reflects the fact that she has dedicated herself to knowing the market in our area--where she lives herself--and being a member of that community.
