Jeffrey possesses a deep well of knowledge concerning the local real estate market, as well as contracts and forms from over 10 years on the local association's Forms Committee. Seller reviewI had been dealing with an unexpected medical issue that made in person activities quite difficult. Jeff kindly and efficiently guided me through each portion of the preparation, sale and closing proceeds. I was in the loop constantly and able to understand the many facets of the sale of my little home.
