Buyer reviewWhere do I begin? I was a first-time homebuyer and entirely clueless about the process. Every step of the way, Jeff Holtzclaw was there to answer my endless questions - day and night. He was responsive, patient, and he cared. He gave me honest opinions about properties and I never felt pressured or rushed or unimportant. When I did decide on a property, Jeff spent hours on the phone making sure it worked out for me. Called me to tell me my offer was accepted even though it was late and after hours. He came to my home inspection. He came to my closing. I honestly couldn't recommend him more. Additionally, I was using a VA loan to finance. These loans have rules and policies I didn't fully understand but Jeff did. And took the time to explain them. Since purchasing my home I've had discussions with friends that have had less-than-on-point experiences with their realtors. It makes me all the more thankful, so very grateful, that I had someone like Jeff. So thank you Jeff, and thank you Century 21. I adore this house and couldn't have done it without you.
